Setup

1. Download BOSS Tone Studio from the BOSS support page for your Katana model
2. Install the Katana driver and any required firmware updates
3. Connect your Katana to your computer via USB

Downloading Patches

Simply click the download button on the patch page to download the patch file.

Importing into Tone Studio

1. Open BOSS Tone Studio and connect your amp
2. In Tone Studio, click the Librarian tab in the top menu.
3. Click the Import button in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Choose import from File
5. Select the patch file you downloaded
6. The patch is now saved to your Tone Studio library.

Note: Tone Studio Liveset (.tsl) files may contain more than one patch.

Using the patch

1. In the Tone Studio library, click on the patch you want to use.
2. This will temporarily load the patch onto your amp without overwriting any of your current presets.
3. If you want to save the patch to your amp, drag and drop the patch file onto your desired amp channel in the left sidebar. This will overwrite any existing presets on that channel, so make sure you have backed up your current presets if you don't wnat to lose them.
